Gift voucher conditions / MrWoo

1. mrwoo.lt – gift voucher (hereinafter referred to as “Gift voucher”) confirms prepayment and entitles the holder of the Gift voucher to purchase goods or services in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules.
2. The Gift voucher is only valid in the online store located at: www.mrwoo.lt
3. The Gift Voucher is automatically sent to the recipient of the Gift Voucher immediately after payment. If you prefer not to have the voucher sent, please specify your email address instead of the recipient’s. You can then send the voucher to the recipient yourself, at a time convenient for you.
4. The gift voucher is valid for 3 ( three ) months from the date of purchase. The expiry date of the Gift Voucher is indicated on the Gift Voucher. After the expiry date, the Gift Voucher is no longer valid. The Gift Voucher is non-refundable.
5. The Gift Voucher can be used more than once.
6. The Gift Voucher can be transferred to a third party.
7. The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
8.In the event that the Gift Voucher is used to pay for goods or services for which the price exceeds the amount of money stated on the Gift Voucher, the missing part of the price of the goods or services may be paid in cash, by credit or debit card or by bank transfer. If the price of the goods or services is less than the amount of money stated on the Gift Certificate, the difference shall not be refunded to the buyer.
9. Gift certificates are not invoiced. We will issue an invoice when the voucher is used to pay for the goods.
10. The voucher cannot be copied. Persons forging a mrwoo.lt gift voucher shall be liable in accordance with the procedure provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11. Mrwoo.lt shall not be held liable in the event that a gift voucher is lost, copied or otherwise destroyed due to the fault of the purchaser.
