The Seller must be informed beforehand by e-mail <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@mrwoo.lt\">info@mrwoo.lt<\/a><\/strong>so that we can send you a return form which you should fill in and attach to the goods to be returned (on the form you will need to indicate the order number, the product you wish to return or exchange).  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following conditions must be observed when returning goods to the Buyer:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the returned product must be in its original, original, clean packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods must be undamaged\/unused by the Buyer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the product must be in good condition (labels intact, protective film not torn off). Cosmetics and perfumery products whose packaging has been <strong>opened are non-returnable. <\/strong>  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds for returned goods are made to the Customer immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the return request.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goods that have not been purchased from the Seller or that have been intentionally or negligently damaged are not returnable.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To return the goods, you should send them to the Omnivas post office located at:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vilnius MAXIMA Vir\u0161uli\u0161ki\u0173 pa\u0161tomatas, Vir\u0161uli\u0161ki\u0173 g. 30, Vilnius<\/strong>, indicating the recipient <strong>mrwoo.lt<\/strong> and the recipient&#8217;s phone number <strong>8 689 79482<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sender pays for the return of quality goods.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the amount of the return changes the amount of the original order to less than \u20ac39, then the amount of the return will be reduced by the amount of the delivery costs not previously charged.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we have received the goods and are satisfied that they are unused, we will refund your money to the bank account in your name within <strong>5 days<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>!No refund will be given if the packaging of the product has been damaged or if the product has been visually used.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions, please call <strong>8 689 79482<\/strong> or email: <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@mrwoo.lt\">info@mrwoo.lt<\/a><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211;
