Needly Panthenol Water Gel Cream is a moisturizing gel cream with panthenol. This lightweight cream absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving a sticky feeling. Formulated with 2.99% panthenol, it soothes damaged and irritated skin, reduces swelling and redness, and leaves the skin smooth and soft. Niacinamide in the formula has brightening properties, reduces moisture loss, improves skin barrier function, promotes increased collagen production, and protects against oxidative stress. The cream’s restorative component complex reduces irritation and redness, improves microcirculation, and protects skin cells from premature aging. Camellia water shields the skin from external factors, nourishes it with beneficial vitamins and minerals, and promotes regeneration.
