Mizon Cicaluronic Serum is a calming, cooling toner with the Mizon Cicaluronic-compound. The vegan and fragrance-free toner hydrates sensitive and dry skin. The toner contains Cicaluronic-compound that combines Centella Asiatica (cica) and Hyaluronic Acid. These ingredients hydrate and soothe together effectively. The healing effects of Centella Asiatica are extracted from seven different plant extracts. Also the Hyaluronic Acid comes in three different molecular sizes which helps it to hydrate different layers of skin more effectively.
